Job Position: Social Media & Customer service assistant 

Having identified an ‘untapped’ market place for Commercial/Leisure vehicles in terms of self installed Alarm and tracking systems Sixty two trading limited brought its unique and bespoke Vanolarm products to market in Jan 2021. Within the first twelve months, the business is already in the healthy position of paying off all dept, achieving healthy net profits and pushing forward to rapid growth expansion plans. With the product and market place proven the business is set to achieve its progressive expansion aims principally through the introduction of a highly professional and dynamic management team supported via critical infrastructure support staff.

The ‘Vanolarm’ business is highly customer focused, supporting them through their whole product journey from purchase, to installation to troubleshooting. Accordingly the business wants its customer support to be people not ‘bot system’ based.

Current growth restructuring has opened the opportunity for the business to employ an experienced (preferred) and ambitious ‘Social Media & Customer service assistant’.

If you are passionate about genuinely helping others, are able to easily grasp the functionality and full operational requirements of our Vanolarm system and have hands on experience of social media and emailing platforms we want to hear from you.

Working from within a small team of ambitious and proven serial entrepreneurs, the ideal candidate will quickly become a pinnacle member of the Vanolarm team (moving from the part time Kickstart scheme to a full time position after 6 months or sooner). The position will initially be office based from our Wetherby offices yet offers the flexibility of working a proportion of hours from home, after a short probationary period.

For this role you will need:

· First and foremost, acumen!

· Strong communication skills & goods telehone manner

· Good knowledge of IT & Software applications (inc Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)

· Strong understanding of marketing applications of social media platforms (inc Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)

· Previous experience within a similar field via a work/college or university environment

· Willingness to hit the ground running.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Willingness to learn.

Please note this job is not 100% home based and the applicant should have the means to travel into the office environment in line with weekly requirements as and when necessary. Also all candidates must comply with the government Kickstart scheme
